Product of the 6 month consultative process
The multi-stakeholder Steering Committee will analyze the discussions from all phases of the consultative process and will recommend whether to proceed with an international assessment or not
If the recommendation is to proceed, they will:
- recommend an appropriate mandate, governance/organizational structure, scope and a set of principles and procedures
- develop a funding strategy
